Hi Sir, I made an esc prototype from your schematics esc2.0 and it works but not clearly. I change some components and add some improvements. I made this for rc plane. I come across the some several problems. First of all my design drawing 5 and more ameperes and also some mosfets really hot. Motor does not turn properly, sometimes it accelerates, sometimes it slows down, and it constantly vibrates while turning. At low speeds the situation is much worse. I use low gate resistance and Vs capacitance and also ı didnt use IR2101S, I use just IR2101. Do you think those difference effect the performance of the esc. I made this circuit on the perforated plaque maybe all of those reason is this.
