Return and refund policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help you, do not hesitate to contact us.
We only refund in case of:
1- The item was lost in transit. All of our items have tracking data, so don't worry. If the item is lost, you will receive a refund.
2- The item arrived damaged or broken. We will need photos to show us the item. If so, you will receive a refund.
3- The wrong item was sent. In this case, you will receive a refund. You may need to return the item.
- Special reasons (to be discussed by mail). In this case, you may need to return the item, so please read the return policy for refund below.

Refounds
You must bear the cost of return shipping (read below).
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item must have a receipt or proof of purchase.
- Sorry, but we do not make refunds if:
- "You just don't like the article." - the item is a size / color / design you don't want anymore.
- if you "just changed your mind".
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Refund
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will notify you immediately of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original payment method).
You will receive the credit within one certain number of days, depending on the policies of your card issuer.
