Terrence Winston was born in Washington, D.C. ln 1972 he moved to Maryland. He joined the Navy, August 1984 and began active duty service basic training in February 1985 Recruit Training Command Great Lakes, Illinois. He completed Hospital Corpsman School and served for three years as a Corpsman.
