1) those days I'm very interesting your Temperature PID controller project, I'm planning to build PID Temperature controller. so I used your  thermocouple cord and functions, Temperature value is correct but variable can not upgrade in always (infinite loop) , temperature_read .variable only upgrade on restart the arduino board or reprogram. how to fix this bug

2 what is the meaning of these lines ?

atmega328 has a 1 kb eeprom it means can store 255 numbers X 1024 but i want to store 0 to 500 value of data. how to store 10 bit numbers in atmega 328 eeprom ? thankyou !

 why yours spwm inveter output vottage dosen't stable, what we  can do for stable it ?( in second part you added feedbak unit,but we must adjust  the input voltage before attached the load)
