Hey there, I am currently working on 0-100 (1A) buck converter using stm32. I want to switch MOSFET ( IRFZ44N ) at 500 KHz. I can not get the square wave at the output. After (Vg = 5v, R_Load = 10 Kohm, Vs = 12v) 32KHz, it looks like capacitor charging curve. Anyone suggest me about how to switch MOSFET properly. Which MOSFET should I use?

I don't fully understand the problem. You can't get a 500KHz from the stm32 or the output of the entire circuit is bad? A buck converter should have DC outoput by filtering the PWM with the capacitor. Share the circuit so we could take a look. If the circuit output value is the problem, try different capacitor values. Also 500KHz is a bit to high, right?

Here, I am posting the schematic and waveforms. Kindly look at the waveforms at different frequencies. The waveform is taken between the 10k Ohm load. The duty cycle is 50% for all frequencies.
With the STM32 we can get frequency up to 24 Mhz. I want to drive my buck converter at around 100 kHz. Suggest me the ideal frequency from your experience. In the next post, I will post the waveform using the transistor as a mosfet driver, which you used in your buck converter project.
I want to make Converter for 0 to 100v, but I am testing the MOSFET at 12v.

I think that is something normal. It is called MOSFET skew. It is the time it takes to rise and fall and can be affected by parasitic capacitance and by the rest of the components around the MOSFET. When I've made my 50V boost converter, I've used 32Khz for the PWM so maybe try that value. Also, when you add the coil and capacitor at the output, those will affect the signal too. I think testing with different values is the best in this case.
